Install the BitBrowser/AdsPower Extension

BitBrowser and AdsPower support multiple profiles and concurrent webpage automation. See Operate Multiple Webpages Concurrently.

To automate webpages in BitBrowser or AdsPower, install the browser and the Runavelo extension. Choose one of the following four methods.

Method 1: Add the Local Extension Directory

Install the extension from the BitBrowser console, then allow all browser windows to start it. When you select Add Local Extension, choose:

C:\Users<your-user-name>\AppData\Local\RunaveloApp<version>\chrome-plugin

For example: C:\Users\young\AppData\Local\RunaveloApp\8.2.0\chrome-plugin

Method 2: Install a Local CRX File

• Download the CRX extension file (right-click and select Save link as)

1. Use Chrome browser to open chrome://extensions

2. Turn on Developer Mode

3. Drag the chrome-plugin.crx file into Chrome

4. Click Add extension in the pop-up window

5. Confirm that the extension appears in the browser and is enabled.

6. Restart the browser before using webpage automation.

Method 3: Load an Unpacked Extension

• Chrome browser official download link https://google.cn/chrome

1. Use Chrome browser to open chrome://extensions

2. Turn on Developer Mode

3. Select Load unpacked.

4. Select the unpacked extension directory:

   C:\Users<your-user-name>\AppData\Local\RunaveloApp<version>\chrome-plugin

   For example: C:\Users\young\AppData\Local\RunaveloApp\7.6.0\chrome-plugin

5. Confirm that the extension appears in the browser and is enabled.

6. Restart the browser before using webpage automation.

tip

This method requires Runavelo 7.6.0 or later.

Method 4: Install via Chrome Web Store

• Chrome browser official download link https://google.cn/chrome

1. Open the Chrome Web Store, search for Runavelo, and select Add to Chrome.

2. Confirm that the extension appears in the browser and is enabled.

3. Restart the browser before using webpage automation.
